He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He bought a falchion and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: John was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Barber.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
