History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature crossbow.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Raymond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
