History: He was raised by priests from a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roger was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
