He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Roofer and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bricklayer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
