Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He carries with him a set of longswords, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad black hat.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Gerald was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and regain custody of his son

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His tied-back hair is auburn. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He sports a flattop hair cut. His ears are large.
Personality: Aldous speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aldous grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aldous. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and revenge

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
