Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Norman was taken on many hunting expeditions. Norman abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
