Personality: Raymond is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: He wears a simple brown robe with yellow stripes complete with hood. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Miles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a great chef.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a husky man, who wears skinny pants and wears a tan and pastel robe with the hood down. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to be a miller again

Description: He is an average looking eastern male in his early mid-life. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
