Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bounty Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a bricklayer again

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, William took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
