History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Miner father left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
