Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
