His hair is chestnut and very short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the south to a Spy, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Heward was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heward's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Spy.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spy and was forced into it by his family; and balancing his hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
