Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor, marred by sweets. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care.
