History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. With bright brown hair and a scraggly beard. His ears are large.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Kody took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. He has silver hair. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world
