Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Hubert took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and he has decided he is irredeemable

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
