Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a Scribe, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dean. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ernest studied abroad. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ernest was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.
