Description: This eastern man wears an entirely brown suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a spear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

His blonde hair is singed and shortened. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a brown shirt, with a yellow mid length shorts with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is an amazing painter.
History: Geoffrey hails from a village terrorized by drow. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Geoffrey took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor he uses now. He tends to his Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Revenge.
