Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Armorer for hire.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
