History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'4" when asserting himself. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has amber eyes.

Personality: Godfrey wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to get a good night's sleep

History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
