Description: He stands about 5'11" and wears silk and lounges about seductively. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ernest took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is chestnut and curly. He has blue eyes and a black hat with a pastel feather.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and an old rival family wants him found
