History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Aldous and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Through the years after Cory was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
