History: He is a Hag in disguise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he's looking for his big break

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
