Description: This eastern man wears tattered old clothes. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the left. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Bernard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born in the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This younger middle-aged man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is thinning but still full. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Miles took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This tall, slender man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Godfrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions
