Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, marred by sweets. He has no hair. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born in the north. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: Richard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.

History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
