History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Arnold has worked very hard to control his curse. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is an amazing painter.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Hugh liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
