Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the south to a Fortune-teller, Chad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and balancing his hectic life and new fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
