Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Simon was born with his father's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Peter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
