Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Jeweler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting orcs, the young Chad began to lead the lost caravan. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Masseuse, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Knight job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

History: Don was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He now spends his time doing works of charity.
