His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Cory took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lewis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Richard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable
