History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Actor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
