History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ralf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
