He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Lance was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Healer mother left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
