Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
