History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed club, just in case. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
