Description: He stands about 5'0" and wears a blue vest and prefers black and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Geoffrey was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Geoffrey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Banker. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He was born into a rich family. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Richard was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After months of barely getting by, Richard managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
