Anselm Spalding, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is physically well-built. His hair is black and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Anselm reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Personal [hide]
Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He dresses in violet turtlenecks beneath a tan coat with blue slacks. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
