Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he very much looks the part of a Barber. His black hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 20. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Gilbert is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and regain custody of his son

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is short and white. His ears are large.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Born in the north to a Mason, Frederick learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. He has achieved small success as a Mason.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and tan robe with the hood down, marred by beers. He has chestnut hair. He has violet eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Wymar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
Flaws: Ugly, Shy, Antagonistic. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer. Occupation: Assassin

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this western man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Animal Trainer profession.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He tends to his Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
