Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roland does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Roland was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He has violet eyes and a tan hat with a white feather.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
