Personality: Hugh hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Rolf was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Revenge; and many illithids want him driven away
