Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Bertram was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Lewis was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Lewis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
