History: The child of a Blacksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Map Maker for the past few years.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balimaar will drive conversation. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A freak accident while working with his Roofer father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
