History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Beggar. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

Description: A 5'1" northern man, he prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gomory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears a simple black robe with grey stripes complete with hood. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. Gunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to be a marshal again

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Arnold was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and expand his business
