Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Everard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the west to a Marshal, Everard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: He has a missing left arm. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and human compassion

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is content.

Description: This late middle aged man wears long strands of topaz and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths and is in decent physical shape. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Diggory's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Adventurer for hire.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to open a new tavern
