History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Carter mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shipwright born in the past three hundred years. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a Shipwright soon after.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and balancing his hectic life and new shipwright responsibilities is difficult

His father taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
