History: He was born in the west. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hubert grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hubert. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
