History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Being a Detective kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Anselm will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing poetry.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Marshal soon after.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Hugh has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has a very tight haircut. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He worked as a nervous Courier and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
