Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Norman was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Norman decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears green trousers with pastel and white striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears dull pastel sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sickle, just in case. His head has been shaved. He is baby faced.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze. His silver hair is cut short. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ernest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
