History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
