History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Architect. He struck the Architect job and began his own company from there.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Bather. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Heward was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Heward began to lead the lost caravan. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
