Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Aldous began to lead the lost caravan. He has achieved small success as a Mortician.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and his religion dominates his actions

He wears various colorful collared shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scythe. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Alex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: Drogo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barkeep. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
