History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears suspenders and pastel workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lewis embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
